The modern school, as it is popularly known, was built in 1968 as a nursery school (modern kindergarten). It is gradually evolving into secondary schools and modern-day nurseries, eventually evolving into a modern secondary school. The modern secondary school promoted in 1969 was affiliated to the Central Council of secondary education.
It is managed by MIES( the Modern Indian Educational Society).
